You can reset your password by visiting this link. Enter the email address associated with your account, and we'll send you instructions to reset your password. If you don't see the email in your inbox, please be sure to check your spam or junk folder.
How do I change my email address?
To change your email address, please contact us and let us know both the email your subscription is currently under and the new email you'd like to use. We'll update your account for you.

Subscription & Billing
How do I cancel my subscription?
How you cancel your subscription depends on how you originally signed up.
If you subscribed directly on our website, go to www.cowboychannelplus.com and log in. Click the person icon in the upper-left corner, then under Packages You Own, select Details. Click Cancel to end your subscription. You'll receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is complete.
If you subscribed through a third party, such as Apple, Roku, or Google Play, your subscription is managed directly by that provider. You can find instructions here:
How do I update my payment information?
If you subscribed through our website, log in, click the person icon, and select Payment Information to update your card details.
If your subscription was set up through Apple, Roku, or Google Play, your payment method must be updated directly through that platform. We don't have access to make billing changes for third-party accounts.
How do I upgrade my subscription?
If you subscribed directly through our website:
Log into your account on cowboychannelplus.com. You'll see an Upgrade option when you log in. Click it and follow the prompts.
If you subscribed through Apple or Google Play:
Open the Cowboy Channel+ mobile app and go to the More tab in the lower right corner. Select Subscribe. You'll see an option to upgrade your plan.
If you subscribed through Roku:
Open the Cowboy Channel+ app on your Roku device. To the left of the live feed, you'll see a tile labeled Upgrade. Select it and follow the on-screen prompts.
Why am I seeing a $0.10 charge?
This small charge is a temporary pre-authorization used to verify your payment method. It is not actually collected and will automatically drop off your account shortly after verification.
My card isn't being accepted. What should I do?
If your card is not being accepted, your bank may be blocking the verification attempt. After several failed tries, our system may also lock new attempts for 24 hours. We recommend contacting your bank to allow the charge, waiting 24 hours, and then trying again.

Access & Devices
Is my device supported?
You can view our full list of supported devices on our Supported Devices page.
I paid through Apple, Roku, or Google Play, but my subscription isn't showing.
This usually happens when you're logged into Cowboy Channel+ with a different email than the one used for your app store subscription. Try logging in using the same email as your Apple ID, Roku account, or Google account. If that doesn't resolve the issue, please contact us with your receipt and we'll help get it sorted out.

Troubleshooting
The website isn't working correctly.
If the website isn't displaying or functioning properly, try adjusting your cookie settings. Scroll to the bottom of the page, select Consent Preferences, and make sure Essential, Performance, and Unassigned cookies are enabled. Then save your preferences and refresh the page. Clearing your browser's cache can also help resolve most technical issues.
The app isn't working on my device.
If the Cowboy Channel+ app isn't working as expected, we recommend restarting your device.
Roku: From the Home screen, go to Settings > System > Power > System restart.
Firestick: From the Home screen, go to Settings > My Fire TV > Restart.
Smart TVs, phones, or tablets: Try closing and reopening the app, or fully restarting your device.
If that doesn't resolve the issue, please check for any available updates or try reinstalling the app. You can also visit our Supported Devices page to make sure your device is compatible with Cowboy Channel+.
If you're still having trouble after checking those steps, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
